Biyenda Promotes New Year Sales with Song Pro DM-i at 9.98 Yuan Starting Point
In a bid to boost sales during the new year, Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer BYD has launched a slew of promotional activities for its latest compact SUV model, the Song Pro DM-I. The offer, which began on January 10th, comes with special deals and subsidies that make it an attractive option for consumers.
Customers can now purchase the Song Pro DM-I at starting prices as low as 9.98 yuan (Chinese yuan), while a maximum rebate of CNY 4,000 is also available for upgrade to higher models. Additionally, buyers are eligible for "0首付或0利息或0月供" financing options, original vehicle trade-in incentives, and preferential charging rates.
To further incentivize purchases, BYD is offering a policy that provides a rebate of up to CNY 10,000 (Chinese yuan) on top of existing country-level or regional subsidies for those who purchase the car between January 1st, 2025, and January 26th. However, if the new year brings changes to exchange-in-new policies by March 31st, these buyers will be entitled to an additional subsidy, even if the new policy start date has not been adjusted from January 1st to January 26th.
In terms of specifications, the Song Pro DM-I boasts several convenient features, including multi-directional seat ventilation and heating for front passengers, eight speakers, a 50W wireless charging pad, a smart cabin with a 15.6-inch adaptive rotating touchscreen display, and advanced L2-level driving assistance package.
Powering this compact SUV is BYD's latest fifth-generation DM technology engine combination, consisting of a 1.5L efficient gasoline hybrid unit that delivers peak power outputs of 101 horsepower with electric motors putting out up to 163 horsepower for an estimated range of either 75 kilometers or 115 kilometers under NEDC testing conditions.
The new update in BYD's Song Pro DM-I lineup demonstrates the manufacturer's ongoing efforts to provide a wide variety of financing options to customers while emphasizing convenient driving technologies and generous rebates on exchange.
