Tesla's Latest Luxury: How the New Model S & X Priced American Buyers Around $800,000

Tesla Unveils New Model S and X with Updated Features and Pricing

Tesla has announced the launch of its new models, Model S and X, in the United States. The vehicles boast impressive features, including long-range options, new exterior colors, and enhanced interior designs.

The electric cars have officially hit the market, with prices starting at $8.499 million for the base model and reaching up to $9.999 million for the high-end Plaid variant. The Model X Plaid variant boasts a price tag of around $10.499 million.

Among the new features, the Tesla engineers added two fresh colors options - Glacier Blue Metallic and Diamond Black Metallic. However, these colors require an additional option. Furthermore, Model S will come equipped with 19-inch full-size alloy wheels and Model X models will feature 20-inch wheels. The front logo is also painted black.

The interior design has seen notable improvements, including a new ambient lighting scheme that envelops the occupants in a warm glow. A welcome animation of the car's screen will greet users after every start-up.

Additionally, the third row and cargo area in Model X have been optimized to ensure more spaciousness compared to previous versions.

In terms of performance, both models boast increased efficiency and decreased noise levels thanks to their newly designed components. With improved power delivery and reduced vibration (NVH), the Tesla vehicles seem promising at this point.

In contrast, however, Tesla's new electric cars will face significant hurdles - as a bill is expected to be presented by President Donald Trump, which requires 50% tax on all models produced by Tesla.
