Avaita Launches "Spring Festival Without Sleep" Service for Car Owners
The official website of Avaita announced the launch of its "Spring Festival Without Sleep" service, offering upgraded vehicle inspection services through both online and offline channels. In addition to vehicle inspections, Avaita is also providing on-site maintenance engineers at 50 service centers from December 30th to January 3rd to accommodate car owners' repair needs. During the festival period, Avaita has prepared customized red packets as a special gesture for in-store customers.
Avaita plans to deploy mobile services at 43 major highway service stations across the country. These services will provide glass-washing, simple troubleshooting, and snack supply for drivers. Avaita has also prepared an "Island Return Service" specifically for car owners on Hainan Island who do not wish to drive themselves long-distance after the Spring Festival. By dialing the customer service hotline before 12:00 PM on February 12th, users can request assistance with transportation back to their designated domestic city, with all expenses covered by Avaita.
