Guandi Automotive Plans 5 New Vehicle Launches by End of Year
During a recent "One Good" strategic integration plan meeting, Extreme Group CEO An Conghui revealed that Geely Holding's subsidiary will launch four new cars this year, including the Geely Z10 hybrid version and the Extreme Group 9X model. These vehicles are expected to be available in the second half of the year.
The Geely Z10 hybrid version is rumored to be rebranded as the "Leica 10 EM-P" and may feature a four-wheel-drive system with dual electric motors (P1+P3+P4 structure). The car will also come equipped with Leica's Thor driving assistance chip (Amla 700TOPS).
In contrast, Extreme Group's new model, the XMQ9X, follows the design principles of the XMQ009 and is expected to be available in the fourth quarter. The car's dimensions are set at 5.2 meters long, 2029mm wide, and 1819mm high, with an axle distance of 3169mm.
The Extreme Group 9X will also feature the L3 smart driving solution developed by Geely specifically for level 3 autonomous driving, which consists of five laser radars and is designed to enhance safety.
Furthermore, the XMQ9X's new Lumière model is expected to be priced at over CNY100 million. The car features a dual electric motor system with a maximum power output of 290 and 370 kVA respectively. It has an instant charger with a speed of 6C, allowing for a recharge time of as little as 9 minutes.
Additionally, the Extreme Group 9X boasts a series of advanced driving assistance technologies, including 48V electronic anti-skid systems, dual chamber closed-frame air suspension, and double valve CCD electromagnetic dampening system. The car's maximum ground clearance is designed at 288mm, making it suitable for more challenging terrain.
