Geely Ge L4 Officially Revealed as a Flagship SUV with the Name Ge L4 (M9)

The official website of Geely announced that its flagship SUV, Ge L4 (M9), will be officially named. The name "Ge L4" is derived from three masterworded Chinese characters: Master, Mountain, and Moment, signifying quality, cutting-edge technology, and creating pleasant moments for users.

According to previous rumors, the new SUV will be positioned as a mid-size six-seater flagship vehicle. It is expected to feature advanced drivers-assist systems, including radar sensors for kilometers of monitoring. The launch date has been set for May 22nd.

The test renderings suggest that the new model has a more robust and imposing design with a grid-style headlight system. The dashboard lines are relatively smooth, hinting at an impressive interior space.

Meanwhile, side panels retain traditional door handles, while tail lights may be designed in a grid style like the headlights.

The interior features are expected to include full LCD instrument clusters and large-screen infotainment systems alongside leather upholstery with punched design patterns. Central console passengers can see a prominent step-off box, with additional rear outflow vents and smartphone wireless charging capabilities also likely featured.

According to current expectations, Ge L4 (M9) will feature plug-in hybrid powertrains, although specific specifications remain unconfirmed yet.
